ERIC J. TRABIN

Eric J. Trabin is a Florida native, born and raised in West Palm Beach.  Eric attended the University of Florida, where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in criminology and University of Florida, Levin College of Law, earning a Juris Doctor.

Eric began his legal career serving as an Assistant State Attorney for the Ninth Judicial Circuit of Florida.  As a prosecutor for four years, Eric handled every type of case including traffic offenses,  misdemeanors, felonies, and juvenile cases.  Eric prosecuted thousands and tried dozens of cases during his tenure at the State Attorney's Office.

In 2011, Eric went into private practice and opened his own firm, Trabin Law, practicing criminal defense and family law.  He has used the knowledge he gained as a prosecutor to help him be able to meticulously dissect the State's case and require that they meet their burden.  His experience with and knowledge of evidence has also given him a valuable advantage in family law cases.

Eric is duly qualified and admitted to practice law in all state courts and the U.S. Middle District Court in the State of Florida.
